Returns
You may return most items purchased from Daniel Shop within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or color, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide instructions to return the original item and send the replacement. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
